The Paperjam Club welcomes Matrix Consulting as a new member. Introduction in three questions.

Ms Anderson, could you please, in a few words, describe for us your company’s activity?

“Matrix Consulting SARL is a hub. It is a company that brings together a team of like-minded, highly skilled professionals from a number of intersecting fields. We are the company of the future; small, flexible and able to grow in numbers and bench-strength overnight, we can address your current needs and plan for potential needs in the foreseeable future.

We use the latest tried and true techniques, with a unique spin that fits the character and needs of our clients.

We are coaches, facilitators, consultants, trainers, planners, serious gamers, designers and professional athletes.

We are independent but interlinked to give you the most amazing and satisfying customer experience you have ever had.

You have just joined the Paperjam Club. What convinced you to do so?

“I have been aware of Paperjam Club for quite sometime but since the Club is now focusing a bit more on English speakers, I have thought it was a wonderful time to join. I have had my company for quite some time but only in the last year have I decided to go independent. I find the opportunities to network and meet people from different sectors really enjoyable. The Club is so diverse and I am able to have more exposure in the market as a company owner and not as an employee. It is not easy to go from employee to independent. It is a different role or being viewed from a different perspective so through the Paperjam Club, I am able to share my expertise as an independent through workshops and networking. Paperjam Club is giving me the possibility to build relationships which I really appreciate.

What in particular are you looking to get from the Club? And what does your organisation have to offer to other Club members?

“What I would really like to get from the Club is the opportunity to build relationships with people and have a forum to be able to share my companies vision to build sustainable leadership.

What can I offer other club members? My organisation supports companies moving through change when redesigning their organisational strategy and or structure. Whether a company is in startup mode, becoming mid sized and going through growing pains or a large organisation that is trying to keep up with the changing world, I work to create their purpose from the voice of the people to support the leaders in finding their path of sustainability for their organisation. I help companies and leaders see new perspectives and look at the organisation from a different viewpoint. This can be done through my sports background. I use different sports theory to tap into the team's passion and purpose and inspire a winning sports team mentality in teams.  Through my Sustainable Leadership Program, I take leaders out of their comfort zone and environment to see how they can ensure that their corporate realm is an even better place to work or with my Systemic/Team Coaching that allows for teams to move through change.”
